We live in St. Albans, WV. My wife’s daughter lives in Las Colinas. My wife made an appointment here when her bridge—made and placed by a WV dentist—failed. The staff here is always welcoming. Dr. Naik takes the time to explain every procedure, in terms that cut through confusion. More than once we have seen staff attend to patients long after the close of business. My wife has been thrilled with the care and professionalism she receives at Cosmetic and Family Dentistry of Las Colinas. We only wish we had the care of these fine professionals closer to home, but their commitment to service is well worth the trip. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I've been coming to this office for the last ten years, I have nothing but great things to say especially after my most recent experience!

I used to change dentists a lot, I felt like I was being overcharged and they never addressed my concerns and the pain I was feeling. Always a red flag in the back of my head. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Naik that I realized the other dentists just didn’t have the experience and care he does, and going to the “chain” dentists was just not for me. It is important to find a private dentist with years of experience who cares about your visits and the outcome of your treatment! Dr. Naik proved that to me by his skill, attention to detail, and his care for his patients! I couldn’t be happier and have been pain-free ever since I started seeing him. He always follows up with any treatment he performs to make sure I am comfortable.

The first time I came in for an exam/cleaning, I noticed the overall atmosphere of the office was very different, the staff are all very friendly and well educated on dental procedures even if they aren't directly involved. The front desk explained my treatment plans and benefits to me, I wasn't ever confused about what was happening on the treatment or financial part of things.

When I needed any treatment, Dr. Naik gave plenty of details about the procedure, and any risks involved, and used the latest technology to make sure that my visits were painless. These things matter when you want a good outcome, and not having to worry about complications that end up costing more money. We also went over x-rays and pictures as many times as I wanted and felt part of the whole treatment plan process. I was always given options on how I wanted to proceed and flexibility with my schedule.

Dr. Naik has always assured me that he won't be happy with the results unless they're perfect, and goes out of his way to make things right even if it costs him. Aside from being a great dentist, Dr. Naik is a good person, he actually cares about his patients and remembers things about our conversations, after all this time my dentist is like family to me. I'm really glad that I've found a dentist who actually cares about his patients!
